This is not a typical awards night.
It is a high-energy, city-level experience where youth take the stage and show what they have built.

About the Event

RYP Honour is a city-level celebration of youth leadership — marking five years of Realize Your Potential Youth Society and the impact of the NewLife Program©.

This stage features youth who have committed to a structured, multi-year leadership journey grounded in mentorship, STEAM, financial literacy, and civic leadership.

They are not “potential.”
They are already becoming:

• Future professionals

• Emerging entrepreneurs

• Community leaders

On this night, Calgary sees that clearly.
